2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • The Advice session was not provided after payment

  • A technical issue from our side prevented service delivery

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • If the user changes their mind after the service has started

  • If incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the user
